We’re seeking an experienced Account Manager to manage 6-8 client accounts, driving relationship growth and business expansion. You’ll bridge client needs with delivery execution, working closely with Project Managers to ensure exceptional service while identifying upsell opportunities.
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as primary contact for assigned accounts, managing full client lifecycle
- Conduct regular business reviews and act as trusted advisor
- Develop deep understanding of client business objectives and challenges
Delivery Coordination & Success
- Partner with PMs to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery
- Monitor project health, identify risks, and track satisfaction metrics
- Support smooth onboarding of new projects and teams
Revenue Growth
- Identify upsell opportunities (scope expansion, new service lines, team growth)
- Forecast quarterly revenue and develop account growth strategies
- Collaborate with sales on pipeline development
Strategic Account Development
- Build company credibility through case studies and success documentation
- Organize strategic touchpoints to strengthen relationships
- Contribute to account plans aligned with company growth
- 2-4 years in account management, sales, or customer success in B2B tech/software
- Experience managing 4+ accounts simultaneously
- IT outsourcing/outstaffing background strongly preferred
- CRM proficiency and project-based revenue tracking experience
- Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills
- Self-organized with excellent time management
- Understanding of technical concepts and software development
- Upper Intermediate+ English
