Andersen, an international IT company, is looking for a Head of Business Systems Analysis and Engineering to join its team for large-scale projects across various industries.

Andersen is a pre-IPO software development company that provides a full cycle of services, following project management standards and best practices. For over 18 years, we have been helping enterprises and middle-sized firms transform their businesses by creating effective digital solutions using innovative technologies.

Immerse yourself in a global landscape as we collaborate with enterprises spanning North America, Western Europe, Israel, Australia, and the UAE. Our diverse expertise extends across FinTech, Healthcare, Retail, Telecom, Media & Entertainment, Logistics, Travel & Hospitality, eCommerce, and more.

Responsibilities:

- Developing and implementing business and systems analysis strategy for complex IT projects.

- Defining and evolving the requirements management service: standards, processes, tools, and metrics.

- Optimizing requirements-related workflows for various scenarios (greenfield development, legacy systems, off-the-shelf solutions, integrations).

- Introducing AI tools and automation to improve analyst efficiency: reducing routine efforts, improving artifact quality.

- Creating and maintaining documentation (BRD, SRS, User Stories, Use Cases, BPMN, UML, ERD).

- Aligning functional and non-functional requirements with development, architecture, and business teams.

- Embedding requirements analysis processes into end-to-end SDLC considering Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.

- Resolving complexities and conflicts in requirements processes: addressing inconsistencies, resistance to change, and skill gaps.

- Managing and developing the analyst community: mentoring, training, implementing best practices.

- Building and maintaining talent pools to grow domain-specific expertise among analysts.

- Supporting the requirements → configuration → acceptance flow where feasible without developer involvement (low-code/no-code, BPM automation).

- Assessing risks related to requirements elicitation and detailing and developing mitigation measures.

- Designing and implementing AI assistants and models to support requirements analysis, traceability, consistency, and automatic artifact generation.

Must-haves:

- Experience as a Lead Business Analyst for 5+ years.

- Experience as a System Analyst with a solid understanding of IT system architecture.

- Leading the QA/BA function on large-scale projects with 100+ team members and 5+ direct reports.

- Practical experience in implementing and optimizing tools and processes, not just operating at the methodological level.

- A combination of hands-on expertise and leadership – building the practice, mentoring, and owning the quality of the function.

— Experience working in Enterprise environments, transformation initiatives, and centers of excellence.

- Hands-on experience optimizing requirements processes and implementing automation tools (Jira, Confluence, BPMN, data-tools, etc.).

- Deep knowledge of requirements analysis and management methodologies (BABOK, IIBA).

- Strong modeling skills (BPMN, UML, ERD) and proficiency with tools (Enterprise Architect, Visio, Lucidchart, or equivalents).

- Experience writing project documentation: BRD, SRS, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria.

- Solid knowledge and practical experience applying Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall in cross-functional teams.

- Understanding of REST API principles, microservice architecture, and integration solutions.

- Experience participating in digital transformations within large enterprise companies.

- Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate+ and above.

Nice-to-haves:

- Proven cases of implementing tools and methods for analysis process optimization (A/B testing, analytics, routine automation).

- Certifications such as CCBA, CBAP, and PMI-PBA. - Experience with requirements management tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Jama, etc.).

- Knowledge of UX/UI principles and experience with Figma or Sketch. - Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- SQL proficiency for data analysis.

- Experience with high-load systems.
