We are currently looking for a Regional Operations Manager LatAm for our partner company TENTENS Tech, which develops social discovery platforms for over 20 million users worldwide. Their pace and scale are driven by deep expertise in analytics, high-load systems, and performance marketing.

The TENTENS Tech team today consists of 250+ people, where everyone acts as a CEO in their role and contributes to the shared result. Challenges awaiting you in this role: The LatAm region is growing rapidly, the number of processes and tasks is increasing, while the standards remain consistently high. This is a role at the intersection of Business Development and Operations: it's important to understand business goals while also being able to drive operational processes to stable outcomes.

What you will impact:

Operational efficiency of the LatAm direction: speed and quality of request execution, discipline around statuses and deadlines
Operational support for BizDev: approval/processing of requests from CSMs, process management, monitoring the fulfillment of agreements
Creation and management of new communication channels in Spanish: keeping content up to date, documenting decisions and next steps
Process optimization: identifying bottlenecks, proposing and implementing improvements, standardizing what scales

Must-have:

Spanish: confident conversational level B2 (daily written and verbal communication with the team)
English: B1 (occasional written and verbal communication with stakeholders)
Ukrainian proficiency
Work schedule: 11:00–20:00 Warsaw time
BizDev mindset + flexibility: understanding business goals and the ability to adapt when priorities shift
Operational skills: confident work with spreadsheets, data structures, statuses, and deadlines
Business orientation and critical thinking: prioritization, fact-based decisions, results focus
Risk management: anticipating risks, escalating in a timely manner, keeping dependencies under control
Helicopter view + analytical thinking: seeing the big picture without getting lost in details
Proactivity: independence in action, ability to initiate, clarify, propose options — not waiting for step-by-step instructions
