About the Role

We're looking for an Administrative Manager to become the driving force behind Solidgate's Warsaw hub — our international home base for teams across Europe.

This role is about launching a new hub: setting up processes, shaping the experience, and making sure the space hits the ground running from day one.

• Be the driver of international growth. The Warsaw hub isn't just an office — it's Solidgate's growth point in Europe. And you're the person building it.
• Real autonomy. Pitch your ideas, run with them, see the impact directly in team satisfaction and company culture.
• International by default. Work alongside colleagues from across Europe, with cross-border collaboration woven into the role.
• More than admin. Events, travel, culture initiatives — this role is where organization meets creativity.

• Environment to grow. Senior track leads to International Hubs Manager — owning multiple hubs across Europe as we scale

What you’ll own

• Own the launch of our new Warsaw hub and shape how it runs from day one
• Keep operations running like clockwork: vendors, facilities, workflows across locations
• Own business travel end-to-end — from itineraries to partner gifts, every detail covered
• Drive cost planning, procurement, and supplier management
• Create corporate events, team builds, and off-sites that people still talk about weeks later

You’re a great fit if you have

• Structured, proactive mindset with a solutions-first approach
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, constantly evolving environments
• High attention to detail and strong sense of ownership
• English at Upper-Intermediate level or above
