Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist (Sales Cloud)

We are looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist with hands-on experience in Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud to join a project for a large global automotive company. 

The main focus of the role will be supporting Salesforce Marketing Cloud automations, as well as assisting with activities within the existing Salesforce Sales Cloud organization. 

Responsibilities: 

• Work with Salesforce Marketing Cloud automations
• Support and improve existing Marketing Cloud processes and workflows
• Troubleshoot and resolve Marketing Cloud-related issues
• Assist with activities within the Salesforce Sales Cloud organization
• Investigate Salesforce-related issues and identify effective solutions
• Collaborate with the team on improvements within the existing Salesforce environment 

Requirements: 

• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Practical experience with Marketing Cloud automations
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively with existing Salesforce solutions
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with an international team
• English — B2+
• Based in the EU — mandatory
