Our partner, Axion Grid, is an international product-driven IT company specializing in the development, scaling, and maintenance of high-load B2C products and digital solutions. The company has over 15 years of experience in high-load systems and performance marketing.
Due to active business expansion and the growing portfolio of companies under its management, the team is looking for a proactive International Lawyer to strengthen its Legal Department and support international legal and banking operations.
- Experience in company incorporation in foreign jurisdictions;
- Experience in opening corporate bank accounts;
- Hands-on experience with KYC procedures;
- Strong skills in contract drafting, review, and analysis;
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
Would be a plus: Experience working with Electronic Money Institutions (EMIs) or Payment Service Providers (PSPs).
- Corporate Governance: Manage company incorporation and dissolution processes in foreign jurisdictions, obtain tax identification numbers, and maintain corporate structures.
- Banking & Compliance: Prepare documentation, facilitate corporate account openings with banks, EMIs, and PSPs, and manage end-to-end KYC/KYB procedures.
- Contract Management: Draft, review, and provide legal support for commercial and IT-related agreements, primarily supporting the Finance and Marketing departments.
- External Partner Coordination: Collaborate with and coordinate local legal and accounting service providers across complex international jurisdictions.
- Stable Compensation: Competitive remuneration pegged to the USD exchange rate.
- Professional Challenges & Mentorship: Opportunities to work on complex international legal matters, with a structured mentorship program during onboarding.
- Health & Well-being: Health insurance, 20 days of paid annual leave, 100% paid sick leave for up to 30 days per year, reimbursement for sports activities and sessions with a psychologist or coach, and flexible working hours.
- Learning & Development: Reimbursement for professional courses, conferences, and foreign language classes, access to a corporate library, online courses, expert-led lectures, and internal meetups, with opportunities to participate as an attendee or speaker.
- Flexible Work Location: The option to work fully remotely or from a well-equipped office with backup generators and reliable, uninterrupted internet connectivity.
If opening a corporate account with a European payment provider or drafting a complex international agreement sounds like an exciting challenge rather than a bureaucratic headache, we'd love to receive your CV!
