The role will assist customers through providing the product knowledge, information, research, problem-solving and follow-up. Furthermore, you will collect feedback and report bugs, all to improve the customer experience, and to deliver the possible service to the end-user.
What you’ll be responsible for
- Engaging with customers to resolve issues that come through as support tickets to our team
- Crafting well-written, tailored communications to help customers resolve their issues via live chat, text and email
- Proactively identify opportunities to develop solutions that help the team achieve our goals
- Understand in detail about all the features of the products and services, introduce to the clients with proper language and communication skills
- Report immediate and prioritized needs of our users
Requirements
- Experience in customer support
- Demonstrated analytical, empathic skills and teamwork
- English Upper intermediate level or higher; Ukrainian fluent
- Understanding of crypto/blockchain products will be a plus
- Curiosity and proactive
- Stable internet access
- Flexibility and readiness to find extraordinary solutions
- Readiness to develop your professional skills.
