We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join a world-known automotive giant for developing innovative and ecological car technologies! As a Project Manager, you will play a vital role in developing and updating project time plans to ensure consistency and facilitate effective project management. Your ability to communicate project status, delivery dates, and potential time-related risks will be crucial to the success of the project.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with project teams to develop and update project time plans, considering all relevant tasks, milestones, and dependencies
Promote consistency across projects by implementing standardized project planning methodologies and tools
Communicate project status, delivery dates, and potential time-related risks to project stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making
Regularly monitor and track project progress against the established time plans, identifying any deviations or delays
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary inputs and ensure accurate representation of project timelines
Assess and analyze project risks and constraints related to time, proposing mitigation strategies and contingency plans
Continuously review and evaluate project time plans, identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency improvements
Collaborate with other project managers and coordinators to share knowledge, best practices, and lessons learned

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
Proven experience in project planning and scheduling, preferably in the automotive industry
Proficiency in project management tools and software for developing and updating project time plans
Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey project status, timelines, and risks to stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify potential project risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and build strong working relationships
Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of project planning activities
