Media Buyer Lead

Successful Buying of Media Advertising in Gambling/Betting for 3+ years;
Successful experience in creation and development of promotional strategy
Experience in managing a team with a successful track record;
Personal contacts with major Key Players of the Vertical is a must;Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data driven decisions;
Experience in purchasing traffic according to CPM, CPC models;
Experience in working with advertising networks and in purchasing from publishers;
Experience in analysis, optimization, scaling travel sources;Experience in A/B testing;
Experience in working with a great amount of traffic, ability to work with big data dumps;Understanding of basic metrics such as conversions, ROI, CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, CPL, LTV etc. Ability in problem-solving and negotiation;
Excellent written and spoken communication;
English — Upper Intermediate or higher;
Personal qualities: self-confidence, perseverance, persuasion, high communication skills, and being result oriented

Soft Skills
Stress tolerance adequate acceptance of constructive comments from colleagues and management;
Time management ability to skilfully plan your time and prioritize tasks, communicativeness the ability to find common ground with customers and other team members learning in the digital sphere

Buying of the media advertising(Brand awareness) ;
Establishing, launching, A/B testing, optimization of the campaigns, accounting and planning;
Tracking and analysis of new sources of traffic, competitive environment and target audience;
Resolving the problems with tracking, creativities, parameters of campaign’s targeting;
Testing new formats of the traffic;Building of longterm partnerships with key partners;
Technical integration with partners (setting up links, postbacks);
Dealing with the design’s department and setting up technical requirements;
Forming media strategies with a team, calculation of KPI sales funnel;
Monitoring achieving of KPI goals
