Middle Test Engineer

ELEKS Quality Assurance Office is looking for a Middle Test Engineer in Poland.

ABOUT CLIENT

Our client located in the USA/East Cost is the largest and most experienced Asset Liability Management (ALM) solutions provider in the USA. The company helps banks and credit unions to manage balance sheets effectively. The company’s proprietary credit union and bank deposit analytics solutions turn data into intelligence, combining strategic insight, industry data and predictive analytics to enable users to improve ALM model assumptions and make more informed deposit decisions.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience writing and maintaining test cases using test management platforms
• Ability to execute automated tests as needed
• Experience working with project tracking software
• Experience with agile development processes and ceremonies (stand ups, planning and grooming sessions, story-pointing, retrospectives)
• 3+ years of experience in SaaS testing
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent verbal and written english communication skills
• Able to perform in a fast-paced, diverse environment with demanding market needs
• Motivated, detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to handle a variety of tasks and responsibilities in an effective manner with a high level of quality
• The ability to work well with developers, quality engineers, and product owners
• Experience with end-to-end testing of SaaS applications
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to portray information in a logical and well-organized manner
• BS or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related Engineering field preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Implement and execute tests at all planned levels, log and evaluate results and document deviations from the expected results
• Use tests administration, monitoring, and management tools
• Participate in test environment setup
• Prepare and acquire test data
• Contribute to test documentation creation/validation/update process (test cases, test plan, etc.)
• Review, analyse and assess project requirements and specifications to convert them into quality control process artefacts
• Review test artefacts developed by others
• Communicate with other Team Members
• Report Test Progress to Stakeholders
