Full Stack Engineer

SKELAR is a venture builder that creates international IT product companies following the rules of the venture investment world. Together with co-founders, we assemble strong teams to launch IT product businesses and succeed in global markets.

We are currently looking for a Full Stack Engineer for one of our businesses — Leaply.

Leaply is an ecosystem of interconnected digital and physical products aimed at improving the quality of life.

What you need to know about the business:
1. Markets of presence: USA, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand.
2. Products:
  — We are developing a habit-building app;
  — A brand of supplements for enhancing productivity and overall well-being.
3. Monetization:
   — In the digital direction — a subscription model;
    — In the physical direction — both subscription and transactional models.

Acquisition channels: Meta (Facebook, Instagram, etc.), Google, referral program.

Stage: positive unit economics already established, active scaling — revenue growth projected to increase nearly 10x by the end of this year.

Team:
— Launching their third business together and have experience with successful exits.
— Possess unique market knowledge that increases the chances of success — they have worked with this business model before and have created products for this audience.

For successful scaling, we are looking for a second Full-Stack Engineer in our team, who will help with the development of current products and write the new ones from scratch, make decisions about the architecture and technology stack, and influence all business decisions.

What challenges await you:
1. Marketing zone:   
— Build a system for personalizing advertising funnels based on the interests and characteristics of each user.
  — Integrate and configure decision-making automation systems in marketing: automatic creation of advertisements, budget management, etc.
   — Creation of high performance marketing landing pages, quizzes, funnels.
2. Tech zone:
   — Infrastructure optimization for easy and efficient scaling.
   — Setting up monitoring systems, logging, etc.

What is important to us:

Must have:
— At least 2 years of experience with React.— Experience with TypeScript (OOP or Functional style).
— Experience with Node JS.
— Experience in infrastructure deployment.

Nice to have:
— Experience of developing a product from scratch.
— Experience with Next, Nest.
