Stape is a SaaS for server-side data tracking setup (including server GTM hosting, custom apps / plugins / solutions).

We are seeking a Senior Lead Generation Specialist to join our tech team and level-up our lead generation efforts. The ideal candidate will support the Sales team by providing marketing expertise to drive new leads and expand Stape’s customer base.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop lead generation strategies: create and implement multi-channel strategies to drive new leads.
  • Campaign management, automation & analysis: work with a digital marketeer to design and manage campaigns (e.g., email, social media), and track performance and optimize conversions.
  • Marketing support for sales: collaborate closely with the sales team to provide marketing materials, support content creation (e.g., guides, demos), and ensure alignment in messaging and strategy.
  • Content development: work with content and design teams to produce compelling content tailored to different buyer personas and stages of the funnel. 
  • Pipeline & database management: maintain and analyze databases, ensuring efficient lead tracking, scoring, nurturing, and conversion.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or a related role.
  • Proven expertise in marketing automation tools, CRM software, and data analytics.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, lead generation, and nurturing.
  • Experience with generation leads for US and Europe companies
  • Strong copywriting skills with a demonstrated ability to create high-converting LinkedIn and email sequences, ad copies and landing pages.
  • Experience in SaaS would be a plus
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Knowledge of B2B lead generation, SEO, SEM, and marketing campaigns.
  • English proficiency level
