Senior Product Manager

Our project is focused on developing an innovative solution for the early detection of lung cancer using AI. We are also working on creating a user-friendly admin panel and effective management tools. The goal is to help patients receive timely and high-quality medical care.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar roles in IT.
• Proven expertise in managing product roadmaps and release planning.
• Experience in implementing integrations or collaborating with technical partners.
• Strong understanding of technical requirements, architecture, and system integrations.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (Jira, Confluence, etc).
• Ability to analyze user needs and provide effective solutions.
• Strong decision-making skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.
• Experience in monitoring and analyzing KPIs to measure product success.
• Knowledge of software development processes.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and collaborate with technical experts.
• Experience in writing technical documentation (user stories, requirements).
• Readiness for business trips to the EU.
• Upper-Intermediate English, Fluent Ukrainian.

It will be a plus:

• Knowledge of Spanish or another foreign language.
• Experience in the healthcare domain.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the product roadmap.
• Direct communication with stakeholders
• Gather user needs and translate them into clear requirements and user stories.
• Plan product releases and prioritize tasks.
• Coordinate the work of cross-functional teams (developers, designers, QA).
• Organize the integration of electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Track KPIs/OKRs and enhance the product based on results.
• Ensure timely project delivery within the set budget and scope.
• Conduct sessions with the team to maintain high performance.
• Continuously improve work and integration processes.
