We are looking for a specialist with expertise in Google 
Tag Manager (GTM) and conversion tracking to help us set up and optimize
 analytics solutions for our clients. The role is 100% remote.

 is an IT service company specializing in developing software solutions 
of varying complexity, from self-service portals to microservice-based 
CRM and ERP systems.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage Google Tag Manager (GTM) for tracking events and conversions.
 - Set up and configure Google Analytics 4 (GA4), ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
 - Work with advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads) to ensure correct conversion tracking setup.
 - Collaborate with developers and marketers to optimize tracking implementations.
 - Conduct basic website audits to ensure proper analytics setup.
 - Requirements:
 - At least 1-2 years of experience working with GTM and Google Analytics.
 - Strong understanding of conversion tracking and event-based analytics.
 - Experience with Google Ads conversion tracking and other ad platforms.
 - Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for debugging GTM setups.
 - Familiarity with WordPress, Shopify, and other popular CMS platforms.
 - Experience in SEO and website optimization is a plus but not the main focus.
 - At least written English proficiency for documentation and reporting.
 - Good communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
