Position Objective: We're looking for a User Acquisition Manager with web-to-app conversion experience to scale on global markets. Your strength is effective management of advertising campaigns in Meta, budget optimization, and continuous data-driven improvement of results.
Your workflow:
- Launch, manage, and scale advertising campaigns on Meta, as well as on Google and TikTok
- Monitor effectiveness and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI
- Responsibility for achieving key metrics (CPA, Spend, etc.)
- Effectively allocate marketing budgets to achieve target ROAS
- Track campaign results using analytics and make data-driven decisions to optimize user acquisition strategies
- Conduct A/B testing of campaigns and advertising creatives
- Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies
- Work closely with the Marketing team and co-founder
- Participate in creative brainstorms, generate new ideas and hypotheses
Must-have experience:
- 3+ years of experience in User Acquisition, focusing on mobile and web applications with subscription models. Experience in attracting users through the web-to-app funnel is mandatory
- Successful cases of managing advertising budgets in Facebook Ads from $200,000
- Deep understanding of marketing metrics (CPM, CTR, CPC, CR, CPA, ROAS, ROI, LTV, CAC, Churn, Retention) and their relationship with the company's financial indicators
- Experience with Google Analytics, Amplitude, Tableau
- English at Intermediate level or higher
