We’re looking for a Lead Quality Manager to guide teams through successful onboarding and maintain top-tier quality in dynamic project environments.

As a Lead Quality Manager, you’ll join a team and be instrumental in guiding others through onboarding, supporting quality workflows, and developing your skills through mentorship and collaboration. What you'll do in this role

Own and manage the onboarding of BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) teams, ensuring productivity dashboards are in place and roles are configured correctly.
Drive the GAP (Guideline Agreement Process) analysis in collaboration with Data Specialists to improve workflows and project clarity.
Lead mentoring initiatives by creating simplified guidelines, quality assessments, and best practice documentation for new users.
Engage with BPO teams through regular syncs to surface and resolve project challenges collaboratively.
Ensure high-quality deliverables from BPO teams by reviewing outputs, offering feedback, and supporting Quality Managers in their development.
Facilitate training sessions and weekly syncs to align labeling teams with project updates and maintain consistent annotation standards.
Analyze client and internal feedback, identify root causes of issues, and propose data-driven corrective actions.
Collaborate with Delivery Managers and other Lead Quality Managers to optimize task distribution, communication, and performance tracking.

We're looking for

Solid English communication skills (CEFR B2 or higher).
Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.
Demonstrated experience in quality assurance, mentoring, or team leadership roles.
Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
Eagerness to learn and support annotation workflows (prior experience is a plus but not a must—we’ll train you!).
A proactive, improvement-driven attitude with attention to detail.

How to knock our socks off
