iGaming product | Cross-functional team ownership
Our partner — a fast-growing international company building innovative iGaming products — is looking for a strong Project Manager to run the casino team.
This role is for someone who lives and breathes online casino operations: you know how platforms tick, how providers talk, what goes wrong (and how to fix it). You’ll lead a cross-functional team, align all the moving parts — from integrations to launch — and scale operations as new domains are added.
What you’ll own:
- End-to-end project ownership across the casino product domain.
- Daily coordination of devs, QA, content, integrations, and operations.
- Building and optimizing workflows, timelines, and delivery pipelines.
- Setting up structure in Jira and documentation in Confluence.
- Creating delivery roadmaps, tracking deadlines, handling risks.
- Forming the team: defining roles, hiring, onboarding, performance cycles, reviews.
- Communicating with internal and external stakeholders (product, provider, ops).
What we expect:
- 2+ years in Project Management (iGaming domain strongly preferred).
- Deep understanding of online casino platforms, providers, and content flow.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional teams in tech or product.
- Hands-on with Agile, Jira, Confluence — and all the chaos in between.
- Strong skills in building project structure, roadmaps, and documentation.
- Solid track record of hiring and managing teams, team reviews, conflict resolution.
Would be a plus:
- Experience working with Jira Service Desk.
- Technical background or experience in BA roles.
- PMI or similar certifications.
