HR Generalist

Our mission is to continuously innovate, expand, and launch new projects that meet the ever-evolving needs of users. We are looking for an experienced professional to identify new market opportunities and lead the development of products from concept to launch.

What you will do:

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process.
• Oversee onboarding and adaptation of new employees.
• Develop internal communications and keep the team informed.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and employee engagement surveys.
• Maintain employment-related documentation, coordinate with the accountant, and prepare monthly payroll data.
• Lead and coordinate Performance Review and Salary Review processes.
• Manage the offboarding process, including proper termination procedures and exit interviews.
• Support employees and teams, assist in conflict resolution, and provide HR-related consultations.
• Administer the HRIS system (PeopleForce).
• Contribute to company culture initiatives: organize team-building events, manage branded merchandise, and support internal activities.
• Collaborate with the CEO and team managers on people management topics.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Manager, covering the full employee lifecycle.
• Preferably, experience working as the sole HR specialist in a company.
• Experience working with distributed/remote teams.
• Proven track record of recruiting in international markets (Ukraine, Poland, EU), with an understanding of contractor hiring and country-specific tax/legal nuances.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS/HR tools (e.g., PeopleForce, Hurma, etc.).
• Strong sense of ownership, adaptability, business orientation, excellent self-organization, and proactivity.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build long-term relationships and work effectively with diverse personality types.
• English — B1 level or higher.
• Russian — fluent.
