Seniority: Middle+ (We will assess your seniority not by years of experience, but by reviewing the case statistics you have worked with)
Vertical: utilities subscription (experience in a similar vertical will be a plus)
What you’ll do
- Planning, launching, and optimizing advertising campaigns to attract new users.
- Analyzing campaign results and optimizing performance based on key metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, etc.).
- Assigning tasks and requesting creatives from designers and copywriters, testing new hypotheses and creative approaches.
- Monitoring competitors’ advertising campaigns and their creative strategies.
- Maintaining daily reports and tracking campaign results.
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience as a User Acquisition Manager for mobile apps or in a similar role with a focus on TikTok Ads.
- Strong skills in setting up, optimizing, and scaling advertising campaigns.
- Experience in running ads on platforms such as TikTok and native networks (Outbrain, Taboola).
- Ability to collect and interpret performance data, as well as adjust campaigns accordingly.
- Experience working with large budgets will be a plus.
- Creative thinking and experience in testing various advertising approaches and formats.
