Andersen is hiring a Data Engineering Tech Lead/Architect to lead the modernization of large-scale data systems. The role focuses on designing modern data architectures, DWH solutions, and BI platforms to improve reporting, analytics, and data quality.
The customer is a national public-sector organization focused on sectoral programs, regulatory support, and sustainability initiatives. It works with a broad range of stakeholders and drives digital transformation to improve efficiency, transparency, and data-driven decision-making.
The project involves modernizing a portfolio of enterprise information systems, including upgrading legacy components, introducing modern data architectures, and implementing Data Warehousing and BI solutions to enhance analytics and reporting capabilities.

Developing analytical reports and dashboards in MicroStrategy, including configuring the business-oriented semantic data layer.
Designing and configuring a role-based data access model (Zugriffsberechtigung) at both BI and database levels.
Participating in building the corporate reporting system (Meldewesen): understanding business needs and translating them into technical architecture.
Consulting the customer on BI infrastructure design and optimization of business processes.
Experience as a Data Engineering Tech Lead / Architect for 6+ years.
