- Successful track record in project management across diverse domains
- Solid experience in blockchain and web3 projects
- Strong knowledge of SDLC and software development methodologies (Waterfall, Agile)
- Expertise in defining project scope, managing scope changes, and ensuring delivery aligned with business objectives and customer expectations
- Hands-on experience managing Fix Price projects
- Proactive risk identification and mitigation skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management, ensuring transparency throughout the project lifecycle
- Proven experience in managing project budgets, including precise cost estimation, expense tracking, and adherence to financial constraints
- Strong capability in financial planning and working with estimates in complex projects
- In-depth understanding of stablecoins, their mechanisms, and their role in financial/web3 ecosystems
- Professional background in the financial sector with solid knowledge of processes, regulations, and compliance requirements
- English: Upper-Intermediate
- Oversee the entire product life cycle, from requirements gathering to product release
- Define and ensure strict compliance with best practice development methodologies
- Produce and maintain project documentation
- Control project triangle (Budget, Scope, Timeline)
- Ensure all initiatives are delivered on time while maintaining quality standards
- Provide leadership and mentoring to project development teams
