Responsibilities:

  • Manage existing key clients: maintain and grow long-term relationships.
  • Monitor client financial metrics: detect downturns early, flag risks, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Advise clients on how to use the product most effectively to achieve their business goals.
  • Upsell and cross-sell: expand product functionality to increase average deal value while delivering real client value.
  • Drive client retention and reduce churn rate.
  • Proactively resolve strategic client issues in a win-win manner (focus on business guidance, not technical support).

Requirements:

  • A professional with a business-oriented mindset: someone who thinks long-term and acts strategically rather than tactically.
  • Located in Warsaw
  • Languages: Polish — C1 must, Ukrainian — C1/native must, English: B2+
  • Experience as a Customer Success Manager / Key Account Manager or in a similar role focused on managing and growing existing clients.
  • Proven track record in upselling, cross-selling, and client retention.
  • Strong understanding of client financials and ability to communicate in business terms.
  • Proactive in identifying risks and implementing solutions before issues become critical.
