Senior Frontend Engineer (React)

We are looking for a passionate Senior Frontend Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in creating engaging, user-centered applications, bringing our product vision to life with innovative and efficient code. Your expertise will help shape intuitive user experiences and deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that make a meaningful impact.

What you will be doing:

• Develop, optimize, and maintain web applications using JavaScript, React.js, and Redux
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
• Create and maintain unit tests
• Document frontend architecture, components, and processes for future scalability and maintenance
• Participate in planning activities and code reviews
• Communicate progress, challenges, and suggestions to team members
• Contribute to improving development processes
• Advocate for and implement necessary code refactoring to improve the code base
• Collaborate with the team to establish best practices for clean and efficient code

You Certainly Have:

• 6+ years of experience with JavaScript, React.js, and Redux
• An upper-intermediate level of English (both written and spoken)
• A strong commitment to writing well-structured, flexible, and reusable code that adapts to changing requirements
• Proficiency in accurately estimating tasks and planning effectively
• The ability to uphold high code standards during code reviews
• Attention to identifying and addressing missing documentation to support future development

You Probably (be a plus):

• Have experience with Python-based web development
• Are knowledgeable in micro-frontend practices
• Are comfortable with testing frameworks like Playwright or Cypress.io (or similar tools)
• Are familiar with deployment tools and cloud services (AWS, DroneCI, Kubernetes, ArgoCD)
• Have experience in the business travel domain

• Frontend: ES6 and React/Redux
• Backend: Python 3, Airflow, PostgreSQL, Redis, Elasticsearch, Splunk, Docker, running on AWS
• DevOps: AWS (EC2, ECS Fargate, EKS, Lambda, Step Functions, etc.), Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, Docker, Datadog, Splunk
