We’re looking for a Director of Marketing to own and execute our full B2B marketing strategy.
This role reports directly to the CEO/CRO and works closely with sales, delivery, and executive leadership.
This is a hands-on role. You’ll be expected to both strategize and execute. If you prefer purely strategic roles with big teams, this isn’t the right fit.

Go-to-Market strategy & positioning
- Define and continuously refine Xenoss go-to-market strategy across target industries and ICP segments
- Identify and prioritize high-potential verticals (e.g., manufacturing, oil & gas, finance) based on market signals, demand, and sales feedback
- Develop clear positioning and messaging frameworks tailored to enterprise buyers (CTOs, Heads of Data, CIOs)
- Align GTM strategy with sales to ensure consistent pipeline generation and high-quality opportunities
- Translate GTM into actionable channel strategy (SEO, content, outbound, partnerships), with clear prioritization and expected impact
- Develop and execute an SEO strategy targeting enterprise AI and data engineering keywords
- Track performance via Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and GA4
- Optimize for emerging AI traffic sources
- Lead content strategy for blog (15-20 articles/month), and downloadable assets
- Write all content for technical accuracy (possibility to do it with AI), SEO optimization, and brand voice
- Develop case studies, whitepapers, sales presentations, and thought leadership pieces
- Own email marketing program
- Develop landing pages and conversion optimization
- Track and improve MQL generation from inbound channels
- Coordinate with sales on lead quality and pipeline contribution
- Manage LinkedIn company page strategy
- Coordinate executive personal brand campaigns (CEO and other leaders)
- Oversee LinkedIn newsletter program
- Develop shareable content formats (carousels, graphics, video)
- Identify and secure placements in target publications
- Manage paid guest posting and sponsored content
- Coordinate award submissions and speaking opportunities
- Build brand recognition to match domain authority growth
- Build and maintain marketing dashboards
- Track KPIs across all channels
- Report to leadership on performance, insights, and recommendations
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research
- 5+ years in B2B marketing, preferably in tech/SaaS/consulting
- Proven track record of driving organic traffic growth and lead generation
- Experience managing content teams and external agencies
- Hands-on SEO experience
- Strong content writing, editing, and quality control skills
- Proficient in Ahrefs (or similar SEO tools), Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console
- Experience with HubSpot or a similar marketing automation platform
- Understanding of technical SEO fundamentals
- Comfortable with data analysis and reporting
- Familiarity with AI, data engineering, or enterprise technology space
- Understanding of B2B buying cycles and enterprise decision-makers
- Ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences
- Self-directed and comfortable owning outcomes with minimal oversight
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, resource-constrained environment
- English: advanced (C1+)
- Experience marketing to C-level personas
- Background in AdTech, FinTech, or industrial sectors
- Familiarity with GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) and AI traffic
- Experience with executive thought leadership programs
- Understanding of ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies
