HR Specialist

QATestLab is an international provider of independent testing services with 20+ years of experience delivering QA support across multiple industries — from eCommerce, banking, and healthcare to game, media, and telecom. Our service portfolio includes manual testing and test automation services for web, desktop, mobile, and cloud applications.

We expect you:

• Have at least 1 year of experience as an HR manager
• Have experience working with technical specialists (developers, testers, designers, architects, etc.);
• Have strong communication skills: you aim to understand the root of a problem, know how to ask the right questions, and effectively handle colleagues’ requests;
• Are a team player: you are willing to work collaboratively and support colleagues in achieving results;
• Are people-oriented: you strive to build partnerships with colleagues and understand the importance of employee loyalty
• Are proactive and take initiative: you focus on finding and implementing the best solutions rather than only following instructions;
• Quick decision-maker. You are good at task prioritization and can take responsibility for delivering results
• Intermediate level of English will be a plus.

Main responsibilities: 

• Manage the full employee lifecycle: onboarding and adaptation, 1-to-1 meetings, performance review administration, offboarding
• Interact with management regarding all people-related matters
• Develop, improve, and automate HR processes
• Participate in employer brand development projects
