Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (NXJ-115)

Newxel is expanding its recruitment capabilities and is seeking an experienced, results-driven Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Poland.

Relevant experience in outstaffing or product companies is required. In this role, you will help scale R&D teams and develop efficient talent acquisition processes.

Responsibilities

• Recruit for complex, high-impact IT roles that drive business growth
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to define role profiles and influence hiring strategies
• Coordinate with the Talent Acquisition Lead, Talent Sourcing Team, and Customer Success to prioritise urgent roles and adjust sourcing plans as needed
• Prepare market insights, salary benchmarks, and candidate availability reports
• Align hiring strategy with client acquisition goals
• Continuously improve candidate assessments and refine evaluation methods to enhance the accuracy of hiring decisions
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience at every stage, creating a strong, consistent impression of the company
• Maintain a deep understanding of the IT industry, including tech stacks, engineering roles, and product development lifecycles, to accurately assess candidates and advise clients as a trusted expert

Requirements

• At least 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in outstaffing or product companies
• Strong understanding of the IT domain: software development roles, tech stacks, and engineering team structures
• Advanced proficiency in English (spoken and written) and professional working proficiency in Polish
• Knowledge of technologies and market trends in Poland, Portugal, Romania, and similar markets
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to shift between strategic planning and tactical execution
• Experience working in an international organisation with competing priorities
