AI Adoption & Enablement Lead

An international energy trading company is looking for an AI Adoption & Enablement Lead to work remotely.

The team develops digital products at the intersection of energy trading and technology, helping shape the market in real time.

The scale of the business speaks for itself:

• 122.6+ billion kWh within the largest private balancing group for electricity and gas;

• 34.4+ billion kWh of electricity sold in 2024;

• 1.8 billion m³ of gas traded;

• 2.5 billion kWh in annual import and export operations;• presence across 23 countries;

• a team of 75 professionals, with offices in Ukraine, Switzerland, Croatia, and the Netherlands.

Requirements: experience in systems analysis, participation in transformation projects or systems integration, and hands-on experience with AI tools.

Nice to have: experience implementing AI tools within business processes, as well as experience in fintech or trading projects.
