Star is looking for an experienced leader who will lead and manage overall compliance of Star through leveraging existing practices and building on and nurturing the mindset and culture needed for compliance with international and industry standards in day-to-day operations.

The person in this role must be an experienced leader who can work with people and the organization as a whole, from top management to entry-level employees.  Strong knowledge of the ISO standards, internal and external audits and other required formalities is also critical to this role.

Working style should be open-minded, well structured and transparent, with good guidance and management that is respectful but also effective and efficient.

Skills and experience you can bring to this role!

Qualifications and experience:

  • At least 6 years of working experience in the domain of ISO compliance ;
  • Respectful but efficient leadership style, balancing out formal requirements, efficiency and practicality;
  • Experience in a similar position or with the mentioned duties is a plus; 
  • Solid understanding of one of the following standards: ISO 9001, 27001;
  • Good understanding of the Information Technology and services industry;
  • Advanced level of English.

Added advantage:

  • Certification as auditor for any of ISO 9001, 13485, 26262, 27001 or TiSAX is a plus.
  • Experience within the following industries: Automotive & Mobility, AdTech & MarTech, HealthTech, FinTech. 

What impact you’ll make

  • Build and enhance the mindset and the culture of Star on a global level to ensure the global Integrated Management System (IMS) standards are integral to the way Star is doing business;
  • Masterfully communicate and advocate across the whole organization (teams, mid-management, C-level) about compliance;
  • Own and develop the IMS of Star, covering ISO 9001, 27001 and any additional standards to be certified for in the future;
  • Ensure formal compliance on all certified standards of Star;
  • Prepare and guide the company through external audits for ISO certificates;
  • Plan, prepare and perform internal audits to ensure full compliance;
  • Closely adhere to the data privacy compliance of Star (GDPR and others) alongside the Data Protection Officer;
  • Certify Star under additional standards (for example, TISAX, ISO 26262 and others);
  • Support the global organization on continuous improvement on processes, procedures and methods
  • Extend the existing IMS to other locations globally and harmonize with their IMS;
  • Be the head and voice of the Star Compliance Committee;
  • Provide a structure and transparent overview about compliance at Star at any time;
  • Enable measurement of the success of compliance activities by reasonable and practical data point collection.
