Currently, we are looking for a Partner Success Manager. The position includes partners' & customers' portfolio management, new clients' launch and support, and the subscription renewal process coordination. We also expect you to have proficient knowledge of English.

Required skills and qualifications:

3+ years of experience in implementing enterprise software and working with CRM, BPM or ERP systems
Deep understanding of the business processes of various business sectors
Problem-solving mindset, experience in managing complicated situations, including working with objections
Negotiation skills
Experience in conducting training and presentations in English
English C1+

Will be an advantage:

Creatio technologies and databases knowledge
Experience in writing technical instructions
Project Management skills
Experience in working with foreign clients

Your impact:

Building relationships with partners and their key customers, assistance in managing clients’ portfolio
Assistance in project evaluation, as well as in the technical brief and analytics preparation
Partners' support during system implementation, organization of technical consultations
Monitoring the implementation of the partners' projects timely
Advising and informing customers and partners about new Creatio features
Work on clients’ feedback
Ensuring regular updates of the subscription, negotiating favorable conditions for the company
