We are looking for a Support Operator to interact with our clients from Global Markets.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily correspondence

• Phone consulting

• Register incidents, classify and route them

• Solve the incidents

Desired skills:

• Fluent in English (Upper-Intermediate)

• Excellent communication skills (ability to communicate with users via phone)

• Experience and understanding of the ServiceDesk principles

• Basic knowledge of operating systems

• Team player with attention to detail and the ability to find compromises

• Quick learner

• Readiness to individually approach each client
