For our client we are looking for a Senior Scrum Master with a strong Servant Leadership who loves to work with teams and take them to the next level!

Responsibilities

Work as part of a self-organized and cross-functional team to develop and deliver services to customers
Support the team's development by providing guidance, coaching, and removing impediments to ensure progress
Foster an open, honest, and collaborative mindset within the team, promoting effective communication and teamwork
Dedicate yourself to one team while also being part of a community of Scrum Masters, sharing knowledge and collaborating to improve ways of working
Apply your expertise in SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) and employ Servant Leadership principles to facilitate the team's adoption and successful implementation of agile practices
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between team objectives and organizational goals

Requirements

Academic degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar relevant experience
4-5+ years of dedicated experience working as a Scrum Master across different teams and situations
Proficiency in SAFe methodologies and application of Servant Leadership principles
Experience working in an IT environment
Fluent English proficiency, both in speech and writing
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders
Coaching skills to guide and support the team in adopting agile practices

Will be a plus

Experience working with Confluence and Jira, popular tools for agile project management
Knowledge of DevOps practices and their integration within agile workflows
Familiarity with other agile ways of working, such as XP(Extreme Programming), the Cynefin framework, TDD (Test-Driven Development), and BDD (Behavior-Driven Development)
