Lead PHP Developer

We are seeking a Lead PHP Developer responsible for technical excellence on the project.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee PHP development projects, ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Write clean, efficient PHP code and maintain best coding practices.
• Collaborate on software architecture for scalability and efficiency.
• Provide guidance and mentor junior developers, including code reviews.
• Review team code, optimize performance, and ensure security.
• Design and manage databases for data integrity and security.
• Create and maintain RESTful APIs, integrating with external services.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of commercial coding experience in PHP.
• 2+ years with the Laravel framework.
• Experience with Digital Ocean and Azure.
• Strong expertise in SQL (Mysql).
• Experience creating REST and GraphQL APIs.
• Experience in configuring CI/CD pipelines.
• Intermediate Strong level of English or higher.
• Proactivity, Decision making.
• Willingness to work directly with the business stakeholders.

Will be a plus:

• Experience in leading a team of 4-7 developers.
