We are seeking a dynamic Director of Business Analysis to join our Solution Group. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the Business Analyst Unit strategy, focusing on business analysis services and consulting offerings
• Scale and manage a high-performing team of business analysts and product managers to deliver advanced business solutions to various clients
• Drive team activities, including lead generation, technical pre-sales, expertise development, and short- and long-term consulting and implementation projects
• Collaborate with marketing, engagement, delivery, partnerships, client management, and other internal teams for new client acquisition, successful solution delivery, and up-sales on existing accounts
• Be prepared for occasional travel for client workshops, discovery phases, pre-sales activities, and lead-generation events like conferences, round tables, etc.
• Continuously enhance our Business Analysis and Solutions offerings, staying abreast of market needs and modern business analysis and tech trends
• Establish business analysis practices and scale them across the company
• Provide mentorship and education internally
• P&L and budget ownership with corresponding KPI’s (team utilization, revenue, profit, win rate, attrition)
• Reediness for business trips in Europe and the USA.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of extensive experience in Business Analysis, Product or Technology Management
• Deep knowledge and experience in  IT outsourcing and consulting business
• Strong leadership and team management experience
• Proven success in implementing projects of different complexity, both as a manager and individual contributor
• Experience with consulting on multi-industrial projects and working with diverse stakeholders, including C-level executives
• Optional: PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA), Certified Analytics Professional (CAP), IIBA Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), IIBA Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA)
