Senior Product Designer

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer with a strong focus on UX to lead the design efforts for our customer’s advanced solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in UX research, competitor analysis, and a solid foundation in creating intuitive and visually appealing UI designs. You will be responsible for guiding the entire product design lifecycle.

Project description: Our customer is dedicated to helping oil and gas companies produce clean energy profitably. By leveraging AI and Computer Vision, they automate Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG), and operational processes. 

What You’ll Need:

• 5+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong track record of successful projects 
• Proven experience in UX design, with a strong focus on creating exceptional user experiences 
• Expertise in UX research methodologies and competitor analysis 
• Proven experience in all phases of product design 
• Strong visual UI skills combined with system architecture knowledge 
• Experience in creating design systems or UI Kits using the Atomic Design methodology 
• Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal 
• Ability to articulate and defend design choices to a diverse audience 
• Experience in system architecture design for SaaS products 
• Skilled in estimating task scope and delivering high-quality UX/UI mockups to the development team 

Nice-to-have Skills: 

• Experience with animation design 
• Proven track record of working on long-term product design projects 
• Background in designing solutions for AI and Computer Vision applications 

What You’ll Be Doing: 

• Conduct the UX design process, ensuring a strong user experience throughout the product lifecycle 
• Participate in all phases of product design, including Competitor Research, UX Architecture, Wireframing, UI Visual Concept, UX/UI Mockups for full Web App, and Delivery 
• Create and maintain design systems or UI Kits based on the Atomic Design approach 
• Develop UX architecture, wireframes, and UI visual concepts 
• Design system architecture for SaaS products 
• Estimate task scopes and deliver UX/UI mockups to the Front-end team 
• Create and deliver demos for stakeholders, clearly articulating design choices and system architecture
• Maintain a high standard of English to read and write technical requirements and conduct demos
