We invite a Support Engineer with knowledge of English languages and excited about technology to join our team for providing top-class services for worldwide famous users of our cybersecurity product.

Job description   

Ekran System® is a universal insider threat protection platform which combines three essential insider security controls: activity monitoring, access management, and identity management. The product includes a wide range of technologies, and is in an active stage of development.

You will:    

  • Support user inquiries on IT issues via / email / ticketing system.  
  • Reproduce customers issues  
  • Participated in a remote troubleshooting calls with customers  

Requirements: 

  • Strong English level — Upper-Intermediate and Higher 
  • Windows OS – experienced user (troubleshooting, log collection) 
  • Good communication skills   
  • Ability to learn fast  
  • Ability to work in a high-paced environment  
  • Problems solving  
  • Team player  

Nice to have:  

  • Knowledge of SQL queries and cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure)  
  • Work experience with Linux OS (basic troubleshooting, logs collections)
