We are looking for the Head of Sales to join our Trinetix team.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: to be responsible for creating and implementing an effective sales strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives. This involves understanding market trends, identifying growth opportunities, setting sales targets, and deciding on the sales processes and methodologies to be used.
  • Leadership and Team Management: This includes hiring, training, and mentoring sales personnel, as well as setting sales goals, motivating the team to achieve them, and monitoring performance.
  • Sales Operations Management: Overseeing sales operations, including sales forecasting, planning, budgeting, and setting performance metrics.
  • Market Analysis and Business Intelligence: Understanding market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies . This information is used to adjust sales strategies and practices to stay competitive.
  • Collaborating with Other Departments: Working closely with other departments, such as marketing, product engineering, customer service, and internal functions and departments, to ensure that the sales strategy is integrated across the company and aligns with broader business objectives and service offerings. Close interaction and effective management of Business Intelligence and Pitch teams will help equip sales personnel with more effective tools and prepare for sales.
  • Performance monitoring and analysis: Regularly reviewing sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement, adjust strategies, and make informed decisions about sales strategies and adjustments as needed.
  • Integrating Technology and Innovation: Driving innovation in sales strategies and practices to adapt to changing market conditions and technological advancements. Keeping up with the latest sales technologies, CRM software etc., and integrating them into the sales process to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Revenue and Sales Growth: To be responsible for driving revenue growth and increasing profitability for the company. This involves identifying new business opportunities, expanding into new markets, and increasing sales efficiency. Continuously finding new ways to drive sales growth in a competitive environment.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional Leadership and Team Management Skills: The ability to inspire, motivate, and lead sales and sales ops teams to achieve sales targets.
  • Strategic Planning and Thinking: Capacity for developing and implementing strategic sales plans that contribute to the company's growth.
  • Excellent Communication: Proficiency in communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including customers, team members, and other executives.
  • Analytical Abilities: Competence in analyzing market trends, sales data, and financial reports to make data-driven decisions.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt sales strategies in response to market changes and challenges.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues quickly and to develop effective solutions.
  • Experience in Sales: Extensive experience in sales of custom software development services, preferably in a leadership role, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
