• Expertise in company incorporation and Crypto licenses.
  
• Strong project management skills and practical experience in managing numerous legal projects will be advantageous.
  
• Proficiency in spoken English is essential.
  
• High analytical skills and attention to detail.
  
• A desire to work in a challenging legal landscape, exploring unchartered areas of law.
  
• Team management experience.
  
• Must be highly motivated, a self-starter, and keen to take responsibility and manage swiftly between demanding deadlines.
  

What you will do:

• Implementing a development strategy for the department.

• Monitoring the completion of tasks by subordinate staff.

• Identifying key market trends and needs.

• Increasing the financial profitability of the department.

• Resolve complex legal issues and assist lawyers in serving clients.
