Growe welcomes those who are excited to:

  • Support relations with partners, and communicate with their sales and account management teams;
  • Perform market research for the most popular payment methods and their understanding;
  • Search for new payment and other providers in respective markets;
  • Support KYC and compliance process during the application, adjusting the company's website to meet the provider's requirements;
  • Assist the financial team and ops team in an escalation of their requests to the partner's management and Head of Payments;
  • Search for competitors in the market and analyze their payment methods, flows, limits, and providers.

We need your professional experience:

  • 2+ years as an Account manager or similar position in PSP or payments;
  • Upper intermediate level of English (written and spoken);
  • Experience in communication with foreign customers or partners;
  • Understanding of basic principles of contractual relations;
  • Knowledge of KYC and compliance procedures;
  • Basic understanding of online payments technical integrations, funnels, and flows;
  • Knowledge of MS Office, Google Suite and Jira;

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
