For which tasks (responsibilities)?
- Development of features and mechanics from the planning stage to implementation
- Interaction with developers, artists and other designers
- Writing a clear game design document
- Working out the meta
- Building a balance
- Creation of game levels
- Deconstruct and competitor analysis
What kind of professional are we looking for?
- 4+ years of game designer experience
- Experience working as a project’s feature-owner
- Understanding of product and business goals, ability to prioritize
- Writing clear documentation, interacting with team members
- Ability to convey information to all team members: art, gd, dev, qa, analytics
- Knowledge of monetization trends and general mobile market trends
- Good understanding of the casual puzzle market
- Deep understanding of game mechanics
- Understanding of basic analytical metrics
- Experience with AB tests
- Experienced Unity and Github User
- Russian language
