FinOps Specialist

We provide certification and licensing of our products, providing customers and partners of the holding with high-quality and reliable solutions.

We are looking for a FinOps Specialist to join our team!

Requirements:

• Analyze SaaS expenses and identify redundant subscriptions, unused licenses, and inefficient pricing plans.
• Optimize the use of paid features in Miro, Asana, Slack, GitLab, Cloudflare, and other SaaS platforms.
• Monitor spending through built-in SaaS analytics dashboards.
• Collaborate with DevOps, IT, Finance, and Procurement teams to implement FinOps strategies.
• Develop cost-saving recommendations without sacrificing functionality or performance.
• Control SaaS usage and audit subscriptions for duplicate or unnecessary licenses.

Will be a plus:

• Experience working with Atlassian tools (Jira/Insight, Confluence).

Responsibilities:

• 2+ years of experience in FinOps / IT Procurement / SaaS Cost Optimization.
• Solid understanding of subscription and license management principles for SaaS services.
• Hands-on experience optimizing subscriptions in Miro, Asana, Slack, GitLab, Cloudflare, Notion, and GCP.
• Experience working with FinOps and IT Asset Management (ITAM) tools.
• Proficiency in SaaS APIs, subscription automation, and configuring RBAC and IAM.
• Experience building reports and dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, and Google Sheets.
• English level B1+ (for working with documentation and vendor communication).
