We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Administrator who can take ownership of configuration tasks, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the platform supports evolving business needs. This role requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
- Customize and configure Salesforce using declarative tools (Flows, Validation Rules, Lightning App Builder, etc.)
- Manage user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and data access/security settings.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and design scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Create and maintain clear documentation, including process flows and user guides.
- Provide day-to-day support for Salesforce users and troubleshoot platform-related issues.
- Monitor system performance and apply best practices for data integrity and usability.
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and proactively implement relevant new features.
- 3+ years of experience in a Salesforce Administrator role.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Proven ability to design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions to meet business needs.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, automation tools, data model, and security model.
- Experience with process analysis, requirements gathering, and documenting technical outcomes.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (B2 or higher).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented mindset with a focus on collaboration and shared success.
- Other Salesforce certifications (e.g. Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder).
- Knowledge of other Salesforce Clouds beyond Sales and Service (e.g. Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud).
