Now, we're looking for a Product Marketing Manager for our partner company TENTENS Tech—a specialist who will own and develop the marketing funnel zone.

TENTENS Tech is a Ukrainian IT company creating platforms in the social discovery space. With a proven track record of launching dozens of platforms used by millions across every continent (except Antarctica—for now), the company’s motto “We don’t think limits” reflects both its strategic mindset and the team’s drive to push boundaries.

In the marketing area, we offer:

Expertise across 10+ performance marketing channels: Search, Social, Media, Native, and more;
Well-established and large-scale in-house and affiliate traffic acquisition;
A team of 80+ marketing professionals;
Internal MarTech and Marketing Analytics teams;
In-house UI/UX design team with deep funnel-building expertise;
Proprietary TDS (traffic distribution systems) to monetize every click effectively;
We are one of the largest Google partners in CEE.

Your future responsibilities:

Generate and validate hypotheses through extensive A/B testing;
Improve funnel conversion rates, implement growth hacks, and find new scalable traffic concepts;
Build the marketing funnel function from scratch and own its goals and strategy;
Manage the full funnel development cycle: ideation, design, development, analytics;
Research funnels of direct and indirect competitors;
Develop new growth approaches to scale traffic acquisition;
Work closely with top-tier designers, developers, marketers, and analysts to meet business goals.

We’re looking for someone who has:

1+ years of experience as a Product Marketing Manager or in related roles (Product Manager, Marketing, Analytics);
Strong analytical thinking;
A passion for continuous growth-hacking and testing;
A high level of responsibility and proactivity;
A desire to grow into a leadership role within the team.
