Manual QA Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Manual QA Engineer to lead the testing of a Loan Origination System for a bank. You will be responsible for planning and executing the QA process, writing test documentation, and coordinating testing tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze requirements and define the test strategy
• Create test plans, test cases, and distribute tasks
• Perform manual testing (UI, API, regression, functional)
• Communicate with internal and client teams
• Ensure timely execution and quality delivery

Requirements:

• 3+ years of manual QA experience
• Experience with banking systems, ideally loan origination systems
• Strong understanding of QA processes and documentation
• UI and REST API testing skills
• Experience with CI/CD, Git, GitLab/GitHub
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• English: Upper-Intermediate or higher

Nice-to-Have:

• Basic experience in test automation
• Team lead or mentoring experience
