We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team and take ownership of office operations and administrative support. This is a key role for someone who enjoys helping others, keeps things running smoothly, and thrives in a dynamic environment.

  • 2+ years of experience in office management, administration, or similar roles
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Confidence using Google Workspace / MS Office
  • A hands-on, can-do attitude with the ability to multitask
  • Polish proficiency of B1 or higher

Responsibilities

  • Keep the office organized, well-stocked, and running efficiently
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, travel, and company events
  • Support onboarding processes and maintain internal documentation
  • Act as the go-to person for day-to-day employee needs
  • Communicate with external vendors, service providers, and building management
  • Assist finance and HR teams with administrative duties when needed
  • Help create a positive, friendly, and productive office culture

Will be a plus:

  • Experience working in IT company
  • Familiarity with task and communication tools like Trello, Slack, or Salesforce
  • Interest in employee experience, office culture, or team building
