General QA Engineer

The Cloud Infrastructure team is looking for a Software Quality Engineer to define, design and test Cloud Infrastructure products. The ideal candidate demonstrates a system-level experience while understanding the impact of every component. Has hands-on experience in Test Automation, working in the hybrid role of QA Engineer and developing automatic tests. Has background and knowledge of testing complicated systems/solutions and working with automation environments.

As part of this role, you will:

• Design and write STD in Jira.
• Execute test cases manually and via automation testing tools.
• Analyze and debug failures and issues found during test cycles and deliver reports identifying these issues.
• Verify documents created by the R&D before delivering them to the customers.
• Work in tandem with R&D, Product team and program team in order to get releases with the best quality to the customers.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in testing complicated systems/solutions.
• Experience in writing test plans and challenging the development and product teams.
• Very good knowledge and experience in Linux systems. [RHEL- Advantage]
• Good knowledge and experience in system networking (L2-L3). [CCNA/CCNP- Advantage]
• Experience and familiarity with Dockers, Kubernetes. [CKA certified- Advantage]
• Team player who has excellent interpersonal skills
• Fast learner and looking to be exposed and work with new technologies.
• Highly dedicated and motivated engineer
• Experience with OpenShift and/or OpenStack platforms – Advantage.
• Experience with Performance and Load Testing on Kubernetes platform- Advantage.
• Experience with Security Testing on the Kubernetes platform- Advantage.
