We are looking for a highly skilled and communicative Senior Business Analyst to join our team. The primary focus of this role will be active involvement in custom development pre-sales activities, with the opportunity for partial engagement in client projects while maintaining a constant allocation to pre-sales initiatives.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Experience in client-facing roles and direct communication with customers

Solid understanding of business analysis methodologies and tools

Domain knowledge in real estate

Proficiency in using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for productivity and analysis

Advanced English level (both written and spoken)

Strong analytical and documentation skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams

Experience in pre-sales support would be a plus

Responsibilities:

Pre-sales focus:

Participate in the internal analysis of pre-sale requests with the team

Join calls with prospects and conduct Q&A sessions to clarify business needs

Contribute to shaping business and technical solutions

Support discovery phases and assist in defining high-level requirements

Prepare business-focused components of proposals and presentations

Collaborate with pre-sales teams on effort estimation and planning

Clients project focus:

Conduct detailed requirements elicitation through interviews, workshops, and document analysis

Translate business needs into structured documentation

Define and manage product backlog in collaboration with the Product Owner and development team

Facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, and review sessions

Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, developers, and QA to ensure shared understanding of requirements

Support UAT planning and execution, including test case validation and defect triage

Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to internal BA practice development
