We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior .Net Engineer willing to dive in AI/ML to join our dynamic team and take part in creating a new product. 

The team is working on an AI Agent to develop and support business processes for different business areas.

About the project:This project is building an AI platform that helps companies develop complex software faster and with fewer errors.Instead of writing requirements, documentation, and validation rules manually, the platform does it using AI.It turns a product idea into detailed, ready-to-implement specifications — and keeps them in sync with tests and validation.It’s especially valuable for large organizations that work under strict regulations (like finance or healthcare), where precise documentation is critical.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on .NET (C#).
• Proven track record as a Senior Developer in complex projects.
• Experience integrating ML models or data science solutions into production environments.
• Capable of operating in a startup environment which requires quick turnarounds.
• Problem-solving and Innovation: Proven ability to tackle complex technical challenges, think innovatively, and propose creative solutions to real-world problems.

Nice to Have:

• Experience: Demonstrated experience in developing and integrating AI/ML solutions with a focus on LLM and LLM frameworks (e.g. LangChain). Good knowledge and practical experience in Generative AI, Interactive Chatbots, Graph databases. Experienced in Python, async input/output, multiprocessing, parallel processing.
• Data Processing: Experience in preprocessing and handling large-scale, unstructured text data, and the ability to perform data analysis and validation.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

English level: Upper-Intermediate

Responsibilities:

• Integrate AI solutions developed by the AI R&D team into the main product by building scalable, maintainable, and efficient backend components using .NET.
• Collaborate closely with data scientists and AI researchers to understand experimental outputs and translate them into production-ready services.
• Develop fast prototypes and proof-of-concept features that demonstrate AI capabilities to end users and stakeholders, balancing speed with code quality.
• Design and implement APIs and services that expose AI-driven functionalities to the front-end and other system components.
• Ensure system robustness and performance, especially when incorporating experimental or resource-intensive machine learning components.
• Contribute to architectural decisions, particularly those concerning AI service orchestration, data flow, and integration pipelines.
• Drive code quality by applying best practices in software design, testing, and documentation.
• Collaborate with DevOps/Infrastructure teams to deploy and monitor AI services in staging and production environments.
• Continuously iterate on integration strategies to improve stability, performance, and alignment with business goals.
• Stay up to date with developments in .NET, cloud computing, and AI engineering best practices to bring innovation into the product.
• Interact with modern LLMs and adopt best practices for their application in enterprise-grade solutions.
