About the client

Our client offers an advanced digital platform that helps auto dealerships manage title and vehicle registration processes, primarily in California and increasingly across the entire U.S. The solution features eFiling, digital signatures, audit services, and plate/sticker fulfillment, making the process faster and more compliant. In addition, their Interstate product enables 50-state title and registration processing, positioning the platform as a truly nationwide solution for dealerships of all sizes.

One of the key initiatives within the company is the POD (Product-Oriented Delivery) approach — a cross-functional delivery model focused on modernizing, scaling, and improving the platform through microservices, automation, and agile methodologies.

About the role – Project Manager (POD)

As a Project Manager, you’ll join a distributed agile team (VM team) driving multiple software initiatives forward. You’ll coordinate efforts between developers, QA, product teams, and other stakeholders to deliver updates and new features for both the internal web portal and the client-facing application.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll apply your project management skills, collaborate closely with remote teams, and help refine processes in alignment with the client’s commitment to innovation and customer success.

Experience Requirements:

  • Mid-level project management experience (previous work in a software company is a must)
  • Solid understanding of Scrum methodology and agile best practices
  • Proficiency in Jira for managing backlogs, sprints, and project tracking
  • Confident English communication skills
  • Must have some overlap with Pacific Time Zone hours (typically morning hours in your location)
  • Comfortable working with a distributed, fully virtual team
