Requirements:
— Proven track record in building employer brand or HR PR from zero
— Experience managing social media accounts and growing engaged audiences
— Strong copywriting and storytelling skills
— Ability to show results: follower growth, reach, brand perception, etc.— Portfolio of content or case studies is a must
— Self-driven, creative, and excited to tell a real story — not corporate fluff—
Responsibilities:
— Own and execute our employer branding and PR strategy from scratch
— Manage company social media (LinkedIn, Telegram, Instagram, etc.) with high-quality, engaging content
— Plan and publish regular updates: team news, behind-the-scenes, hiring posts, product culture
— Coordinate visuals and messaging with design, HR, and leadership
— Support recruitment marketing and help build a magnetic presence for top-tier talent
