What you’ll do:

  • Develop and execute the full ASO strategy for Apple App Store .
  • Perform keyword research, clustering, and localization for core markets .
  • Optimize metadata, screenshots, icons, videos, CPPs, and in-app events to maximize visibility and conversion.
  • Design and analyze A/B tests to improve funnel performance (e.g., via SplitMetrics, StoreMaven).
  • Build and manage an in-app event strategy to boost engagement and featuring opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with App Store algorithms, trends, and Apple guidelines.
  • Monitor competitors and identify new growth opportunities.

What’s required:

  • 3+ years of proven ASO experience with global iOS apps (must include the US market).
  • Deep expertise in App Store Connect and the App Store ecosystem.
  • Strong track record in keyword research, metadata optimization, localization, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with leading ASO tools .
  • Experience running and analyzing A/B tests with statistical significance.
  • Demonstrated success in driving organic installs and improving conversion rates through ASO.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Utilities category (cleaners, VPNs, productivity tools, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience running and optimizing Apple Search Ads.
  • Previous collaboration with Apple managers to secure featuring opportunities.
  • Familiarity with the broader UA/paid acquisition funnel and how it interacts with ASO.
